Director of Business Development and Education
As the Director of Business Development and Clinical Education for Medline's repositioning and offloading solutions, Jay Hamilton-Roque is tasked with creating and implementing sustainable, safe patient handling solutions for Medline's customers. Jay is a Certified Safe Patient Handling Associate, Certified Professional in Patient Safety, and holds a Masters in Healthcare leadership along with Bachelors of Science in Nursing. In addition to his Medline responsibilities, Jay is a member of the Association of Safe Patient Handling's education committee and a contributing member of the Patient Safety Foundation. Before his tenure at Medline, Jay worked in multiple teaching and community hospitals focusing on trauma, emergency, and intensive care medicine.
